Section 3
Firma Twórców Sp. z o.o. provides StudyHall, a web-based software platform that enables users to participate in virtual shared work and study environments. The service allows users to access online spaces (“Halls” and “Rooms”) where participants may work or study in the presence of others in real time.
The platform may include features such as video presence, user profiles or avatars, chat or activity feeds, room participation indicators, and the ability for users to share short descriptions of their current tasks. These features are designed to support focused work through shared presence and interaction with other participants.
Users may browse available halls, join or leave rooms, and interact with other participants using the functionality made available on the platform. Users are solely responsible for the information they choose to share and for their conduct while using the service.
StudyHall may allow users to create, upload, or share content such as text, messages, profile information, or other materials (“User Content”). User Content is provided by users and not by the Company. The Company does not pre-screen all User Content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of such content.
Interactions between users occur at the users’ own discretion and risk. The Company does not control or supervise all interactions between users and is not responsible for the conduct of users on the platform.

Users acknowledge that other participants may capture, record, or reproduce content visible during a session using their own devices or software. The Company does not control such actions and is not responsible for recordings or reproductions made by users.
Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, StudyHall rooms are shared environments where multiple users may join and leave. Users should not assume that conversations or activity within a room are private.
Users are responsible for deciding what information they choose to share while using the Service.
Users should not share confidential, sensitive, or personal information during sessions. The Company cannot guarantee that other users will not capture or record content displayed during a session.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time with or without notice.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside the Company’s control.
